Every pair of Nahum's Signature shoes is handcrafted with care and precision. We want you to love what you wear — and if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unworn and in its original condition.
Free from scratches, scuffs, or signs of use.
Returned in its original packaging with all accessories included
Please note: due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor natural variations in leather texture and tone are not considered defects.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for size or style within 14 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, contact us at nahumssignature@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items marked as Final Sale
Custom or bespoke orders
Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at nahumssignature@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable courier — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
